My name is Ursula Hilton-Jones. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in the teaching of English as a Foreign Language from Ealing College of Higher Education, now Thames Valley University, in West London. I have 30 years' teaching experience. My articles and teaching materials have been published in various English language teaching journals and Oxford University Press (OUP). I have been running private residential English courses in my home for over 20 years. Also, I was in charge of the English Department of a London College with a staff of 20 teachers and 450 students of English as a Foreign Language.
